This patient underwent a Facelift/Necklift. The patient’s biggest concern was her prominent vertical neckbands. She desired a refreshed version of herself without a “pulled” look that she had seen from other surgeons.

The focus was a customized facelift with neck contouring that specifically targeted the vertical platysmal bands while restoring a smooth, youthful jawline and neckline. Her results provided her with a natural and refreshed appearance.

At 70 years young, this vibrant patient came to us seeking a refreshed, rejuvenated appearance. Dr. Chau created a personalized surgical rejuvenation plan that included: Necklift, Midface Cheek Lift, Endoscopic Browlift, and Lower Blepharoplasty (Eyelid) surgery.

This 70-year-old patient was a good candidate for comprehensive facial rejuvenation. She expressed concerns regarding significant lower facial, jowl, and neck skin laxity, she felt she looked tired and was unhappy with her diffuse sun damage.

She chose Co2 laser resurfacing to address sun damage, improve skin texture and tone, stimulate collagen production, and skin tighten. This modality was particularly effective for overall facial photoaging. She chose an Upper and Lower Blepharoplasty to address redundant skin laxity of the bilateral eyelids, Bilateral brow ptosis was present, exacerbating upper eyelid hooding however, the patient chose not to have a brow lift. A Facelift and Necklift were performed to address significant skin laxity in the neck and lower face

The patient is very happy with her rejuvenated outcome. She expressed high satisfaction with her natural-looking results.
